Capital Financial Strategies (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the financial planning practice of Corbett "Corey" Yarbrough, a registered representative offering retirement income planning, annuities, life insurance and investment services to residents of Florida. Securities are offered through Cetera Wealth Services, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. This policy covers this website, the forms on it, and the calls you book through it.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or state, and answers to our questionnaire (such as age range, retirement timeline, approximate investable assets and goals). During your call we may take notes about your financial situation and objectives.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and advertising click identifiers (such as Meta “fbclid” or Google “gclid”), collected through cookies and pixels.

Scheduling information: the date and time you book, your time zone, and the email used to confirm, collected by our scheduling provider (Calendly).

We use your information to respond to you, confirm and send reminders for your call, and conduct the call.

We use questionnaire answers to understand whether our services are a good fit for your situation.

Where you have agreed, we send educational material about retirement planning by email or text.

We measure the performance of our advertising and improve this website.

We keep records required by securities and insurance regulators and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our client relationship management system (Redtail), our scheduler (Calendly), video meeting provider (Zoom), email and SMS delivery providers, website hosting, and advertising platforms (Meta and Google) for measurement. We may also share information with our broker dealer, Cetera Wealth Services, LLC, for supervision and recordkeeping, and with regulators or law enforcement when required by law. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree that Capital Financial Strategies may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS) and email, including using automated technology, about your inquiry and booked call. Some records must be kept to meet securities and insurance regulations even if you ask us to delete them.

We keep inquiry and call information for as long as needed to serve you and as required by regulatory recordkeeping rules, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We protect information with access controls, password-protected systems and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States, and our services are offered to residents of Florida. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
