You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Florida to book a call, as Corbett "Corey" Yarbrough is licensed to serve Florida residents. Our services are generally designed for households with approximately $500,000 or more in investable assets; submitting a form does not guarantee that we can work with you.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and your own. By submitting your details you give us permission to contact you by phone, text and email about your inquiry and call, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Calls are 30 minutes and held by Zoom during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time. Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email or call 904-626-5593 at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a call without notice, we may ask you to rebook at a later date.

Calls are not recorded without your consent. If we ask to record a call, we will tell you at the start and you may decline. Written communications may be retained as required by securities regulations.

You agree not to submit false information or someone else's details, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

This site relies on third-party services including our scheduler (Calendly), video meeting platform (Zoom), form and video hosting tools, and advertising platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Financial Strategies and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under securities laws that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Financial Strategies and its representatives from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
